Villa D'Vita is a story of a house that was created as a result of big love and effort to keep the charm of an old Istrian stone house, while providing sufficient comfort for all guests.
The house which is more than 120 yeard old has been completely renovated, with a special attention to details, with a lot of antiques, and with a touch of modern and rustic elegance, that give a warm and plesant atmosphere.
Surrounded by olive trees, lavander, immortelle, grapes, figs...it's a small paradise far away from hustle and bustle of city life , and yet, close to all important touristic sites.
Located on a spacious fenced plot of 3000m2, surrounded by lots of greenery, the villa provides a real escape from reality.

Payment and cancellation conditions:
Advance payment of 30% is compulsory.
Advance payment may be done by bank transfer.
If cancellation is received 60 days or more before the arrival date, advance payment will be refunded in full.
In all other cases the advance payment will not be refunded.
Pets are possible with prior notice and they can stay for FREE.
Other: A deposit of €300 will be taken at check-in.
Smoking is not permitted in the house.
However, smoking is permitted outside the house.
*Use of pool is between 15 May and 30 September.

- If the guest does not show up on the arrival date, we will not refund the paid amount.
