It's our great pleasure to host you in our villa, located in a small village near Tinjan-a historic town which proudly carries the Municipality of Istrian prosciutto title, and it is also home to the renowned Istrian Prosciutto Fair.

Villa D'Vita is a story of a house that was created as a result of big love and effort to keep the charm of an old Istrian stone house, while providing sufficient comfort for all guests.

The house which is more than 120 yeard old has been completely renovated, with a special attention to details, with a lot of antiques, and with a touch of modern and rustic elegance, that give a warm and plesant atmosphere.

Surrounded by olive trees, lavander, immortelle, grapes, figs...it's a small paradise far away from hustle and bustle of city life , and yet, close to all important touristic sites.

Located on a spacious fenced plot of 3000m2, surrounded by lots of greenery, the villa provides a real escape from reality.

Therefore, regardless of whether you will spend your days in the shade of vine, relaxing by the pool, barbecuing with friends, or enjoying the sound of cricket on warm summer nights, one thing is certain...You will fall in love, and wish to come again, and again...

The villa features three spacious rooms, each furnished with a cozy double bed, accommodating a total of six guests.On the ground floor, there is a living room with kitchen, bedroom with double bed,and bathroom. The living room, in particular, exudes a unique charm with its interesting details and a blend of contemporary and traditional elements. Stone steps connect ground floor with first floor, where there are two more bedroom, bathroom and french balcony with a magnificient view on a pool and garden.
