Welcome! It's our great pleasure to host you in our villa, located in a small village near Tinjan-a historic town which proudly carries the Municipality of Istrian prosciutto title, and it is also home to the renowned Istrian Prosciutto Fair.
Villa D'Vita is a story of a house that was created as a result of big love and effort to keep the charm of an old Istrian stone house, while providing sufficient comfort for all guests.
The house which is more than 120 yeard old has been completely renovated, with a special attention to details, with a lot of antiques, and with a touch of modern and rustic elegance, that give a warm and plesant atmosphere.
Surrounded by olive trees, lavander, immortelle, grapes, figs...it's a small paradise far away from hustle and bustle of city life , and yet, close to all important touristic sites.
Located on a spacious fenced plot of 3000m2, surrounded by lots of greenery, the villa provides a real escape from reality.
Therefore, regardless of whether you will spend your days in the shade of vine, relaxing by the pool, barbecuing with friends, or enjoying the sound of cricket on warm summer nights, one thing is certain...You will fall in love, and wish to come again, and again...

Payment and cancellation conditions:
Advance payment of 30% is compulsory.
Advance payment may be done by bank transfer.
If cancellation is received 60 days or more before the arrival date, advance payment will be refunded in full.
In all other cases the advance payment will not be refunded.
Pets are possible with prior notice and they can stay for FREE.
Other: A deposit of €300 will be taken at check-in.
Smoking is not permitted in the house.
However, smoking is permitted outside the house.
*Use of pool is between 15 May and 30 September.

We absolutely recommend. This was the most beautiful house we have ever booked in all these years. Andrea is such a wonderful host. Available at any time and she responded immediately and helped with questions or requests. The house more than exceeded our expectations and they would welcome us with water, wine, beer and juice, as well as ice cream in the fridge. Everything was spotlessly clean and from the first moment we felt more comfortable than ever before. The surroundings are idyllic, very private and quiet. We didn't miss anything and I know we will be back. Dear Andrea, what you have created there is incredibly beautiful. This attention to detail and this incredibly beautiful garden just reflect what a warm person you are. I thank you from the bottom of my heart for this wonderful accommodation. Your house has a big place in our hearts, and so do you as the host. We will miss the place very much. With tears in the eyes of gratitude...

We recently had the pleasure of staying at Villa D'Vita in Tinjan. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm hospitality and stunning views. The villa itself is an architectural gem, blending traditional Istrian charm with modern amenities. The highlight of our stay was undoubtedly the pristine pool. Surrounded by greenery, it provided the perfect oasis for relaxation and fun.
Inside, the villa was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. Each room was thoughtfully designed, offering comfort and style. The kitchen was fully equipped, making it easy to prepare meals, although we also enjoyed dining out at the many nearby restaurants recommended by our host.
The location of Villa D'Vita is ideal. Situated in a peaceful countryside setting, it’s close enough to beautiful beaches and towns like Poreč, Rovinj and Motovun, allowing us to explore the best of Istria.
What truly sets this villa apart is the attention to detail and the exceptional service. Our host went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect, providing us with local tips and answering all our questions.
We can't recommend Villa Paradise highly enough. It’s the perfect place for families, couples, or anyone looking to experience the beauty of Istria. We left with wonderful memories and a longing to return. Five stars all the way!

Thank you for the great stay.❤️ The accommodation was very clean and well maintained, especially furnished with attention to detail. Super lovely hostess who provided drinks and ice cream upon arrival, which is not a given! If you had any questions, you could always reach her directly. The house is completely fenced in so we could let our dogs run around freely without any worries. Shops are 5 minutes away by car. We are thrilled and would love to come back again

The hostess was really nice and always available, even our wish that we wanted to leave instead of early at night (because of children and dogs), she immediately came towards us and drove especially the 1 1 1/2 hours earlier to nonsense of the Villa. The house, the location and all the facilities are just fantastic, definitely recommended the property with dogs. In general, we can absolutely recommend the villa and will certainly go back.

We stayed in this beautiful and magicql villa at the end of June and it was a perfect vacation.The house is amazing,everything was so clean and new,and decorated with so much attention.There were cold drinks in the fridge waiting for us,even the ice cream!The property is huge and fenced so our dogs enjoyed.It is situated in a small and peaceful place,so we had our privacy.We liked it so much and we will be back next summer!Thank you for everything,we can't wait to come back again!

Ich war sehr begeistert von der Villa. Es ist in einem kleinen ruhigen Dorf. Die Nachbarn sind sehr nett. Wir hatten unseren Hund bei und die kleine konnte sich auf dem Grundstück richtig austoben. Es war super sauber und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichteten. Sogar Gewürze, Kaffe, eine Flasche Wasser war vorhanden. Es war ein toller Aufenthalt.

The villa is simply amazing!I would like to stay here forever...It is situated in a small village,on a huge plot with a lot of privacy,and still very close to touristic sites.We enjoyed in this amazing place and we will be back!
